Summer time, reflection time

As most of us are looking forward to enjoying a great Summer and a well deserved break, I would like to invite you to take a moment and reflect back on the following:

  1. What are the things you’ve done during the first 6 months of this year that really made you proud?  When this thought creates a natural smile on your face, you probably have identified the key one!
  2. What have you enjoyed most of the work and tasks you had to do?  What was it that really gave you energy and a great feeling?
  3. Have you actually spent enough time on those things that matter most to you?  Whatever they may be, be it spending time with your family, your friends, your hobbies, the community work you’re committed to?  What did you initially plan for at the start of the year, and did you make that happen?

Reflecting back on these 3 key questions will give you more insights into what is really driving you, and where you preferably will continue to spend your energy on when you come back from holiday.  Knowing the stuff that wears you out, and trying to find a way to counter balance that with the stuff you truly like, will result in a happier and healthier personal balance.

Wishing you lots of insights and inspiration to come!
