From our collaboration at P&G, I can for sure remember how Martine is committed to find the best approach for both business and people. She indeed combines HR expertise with business sense and a warm hart. We had to solve complex organisational re-design and people cases together. She was a precious asset in the lead team.

Martine acted as our ad interim HR Business Partner for a period of 5 months. Quite a lot was happening in the background during this period: the conflict in Ukraine, rapidly rising NG and feedstock costs, a new leader for the organization (me) as well as new members in the leadership team. Coming into my new role one month after Martine had started, one would never have said that she had only been there for a month. Martine was on top of the operational challenges as well as proving to be a great Human Resource leader/challenger for the leadership team and myself… and this all in her typical calm and friendly way. I would think that being self driven is one of her most important qualities. I hardly ever had to point out something that needed doing and if I did, Martine was already on it (and I could rely on her doing an excellent job). Having made clear at the beginning that her assignment would end after 5 months as she had other commitments, we can only respect her decision. At the same time, I am sure that together with myself, the entire organization will miss her. Martine, thanks for being our HR business partner and all the best in your future endeavours.

I can clearly and highly recommend Martine. She has been Interim Director for HR and General Administration in our Mazda entity in Belgium since February. She has both a very broad and in depth professional knowledge and experience in HR and very strong leadership skills. She picked up the lead of the department in an impressive speed, moved quite a few strategic topics forward and built a strong network and trustful relationships with all relevant stakeholders – ranging from senior management, her own team, all levels of employees to works council and union representatives. Martine has been super flexible and has loyally supported us till we found the permanent backfill for the role. And she is now very committed to the induction of the new Director.
