Team assessments

As a leader it is critical to build trust in your team. This will allow your team to be genuine with each other, have the right conversations, stick to commitments made, take accountability for these, and deliver great results.

In order to build this trust, first step is to really get to know each other. Understanding each other’s personality, strengths and blind spots. The Team Assessments that I use provide the team and its leader with great insights. During the intake call with the leader, I want to understand the current challenges, and will evaluate which tool is most relevant for the team. Each team member will then need to complete a questionnaire ahead of the workshop.

Martine Van Campenhout is a certified practitioner of MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator), Insights Discovery (“The Colours”), The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, (by P. Lencioni) and an accredited ICF coach, and actively uses these tools and techniques in her team development sessions.
