To help individuals increase their self-awareness and better understand themselves and others, I utilize two well-known methodologies: Insights Discovery and MBTI.
Insights Discovery uses a simple, memorable four-color model to help people understand their style, strengths, and the value they bring to a team. The model categorizes behavior into four color energies: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue. Each person has a unique mix of these energies, which determines how and why they behave the way they do.
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) identifies personality preferences using a four-letter combination across four dimensions:

Both Insights Discovery and MBTI help individuals and teams understand themselves and each other, fostering more productive, respectful, and positive working relationships—even in virtual environments. Both models are grounded in the work of Carl Gustav Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst whose theories have informed many personality assessments.
