Sir John Whitmore, one of the co-creators of the GROW model stated that “coaching is unlocking people’s potential to maximize their own performance”.
Through coaching, people can further develop their skills and knowledge so their job performance improves. This will contribute to achieving the organizational objectives. Typically we will target high performance and improvement at work, although it may also have an impact on the individual’s private life.
